Construction
Core Type/Shell Type
Wound/Stacked
11kV, 22kV,33kV,66kV Transformer Clearances
Core Design
LV Winding Details ( Spiral/Layer, Foil , Disc, Helical, CTC etc)
HV Winding Details( Layer, Disc, Cross over, Disc-Sep Tap etc)
Performance Calculations ( I2R Loss, Eddy, Stray Loss, Impedance, Efficiency, Temperature Rise/Gradient etc)
Weight Calculations
Document preparation ( Core letter, HV Winding, LV Winding etc)
Tank Calculations
Cooling calculations( Corrugations, Radiator etc)
Dry Type Transformer ( Basics only)

Course 2 months duration ( 30 classes- 1 Hr each class)
Every alternate day classes will be conducted
Online mode only
Mostly we will prefer morning classes ie 6-7am
For master level course additional 1 months practice classes will be provided
We will teach manual calculations ( No software required)
Calculator/Casio, Note book required.
Home work is provided each day, it needs to be finished before next class
4 Examinations will be conducted to asses the capability of student( 2 Quiz or MCQ , 2 full design submission)
Half of fee to be paid with in 30 days of joining into classes
